WHO are we ?
The pioneers of the new Era of JAG Group of companies are Mr. K. Kiritharan, an Engineer by profession, who has been many long years serving on the Director Board and other responsible positions of many prestigious construction and development companies in Sri Lanka and Singapore, along with Mrs. Kaundika De Costa, who is a successful tycoon in entrepreneurship with vast experience in multi-business financing in Australia.
The Pioneer of this new era was our completed project is at 2B, Siripala Road, Mount Lavinia. Our second project is at No-08 Siripala Road, Mount Lavinia is near in completion. And our third project is at No-59, Moor Road, Wellawatte is ongoing and expected to be completed by December 2018. Preparation works are started for our fourth project No-05, Athula Place, Colombo-05. No-09 & 11, De Alwis Avenue will be our Fifth project. We have planned to start at No-05, Mallika Mawatha, Mount Lavinia as our Sixth project. We have many repeat customers who bought our apartments in our projects.

"JAG group (an elite group of companies), is involved in a wide range of industries with international affiliates, and it is constantly striving to ensure customer satisfaction in every aspects. Our journey began on March 27, 2014, with the goal of enhancing the real estate industry with my 15 years of experience in Singapore. Our first project was an apartment in Mount Lavinia, in which we issued deeds within six months of completion, setting the first stones to establish a solid foothold in Sri Lanka. We express our gratitude to all our loyal clients which inspires and emphasizes their pleasure with our work and projects who in turn continue to purchase homes from our projects. Presently, we have two ongoing projects in the heart of Colombo City and Mount Lavinia (which both have great tourism). We believe in the sustainable growth of the business and do not rush for too many projects at once. To achieve our vision, we have unceasingly taken initiatives to establish a healthy relationship with all consumers through earning their trust and meeting their needs. JAG Group has each employee think as a manager, learns from customers, and wishes to grow up alongside you."
